Agile Project Manager, Aberdeen

• We are looking for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, is self-motivated, and embraces continuous improvement
• You should be comfortable working in a regulated environment, balancing innovation with compliance, and be curious about how emerging technologies - including AI - can be applied to solve real-world challenges in investment management
• The successful candidate is expected to have a mix of project management experience and some exposure to working in an Agile environment
• Your ability to translate business requirements into a focussed and realistic delivery plan will be essential to your success
• Experience: Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments
• Certifications: PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow)
• Soft Skills: Effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence
• Interest in Asset Management or Finance Technology

• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Enabling Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Applies focused technical expertise to key milestones or deliverables, with understanding of policies and procedures. Evidence strong performance in their delivery and behaviours and may assume full responsibility for a process or project
• Coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Driving adoption of Agile practices and project management tools
• Maintaining stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress
