Role
Who you are
- This position requires a self-starter who will proactively anticipate the needs of the Sr. EA and will take initiative to solve problems
- You will need to be highly organized, collaborative, with fantastic communication skills, interacting with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels
- 3-4 yr of experience supporting director-level management in tech or advertising preferred
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required
- Hybrid 2-3 days/week in Midtown Manhattan office
- Preferred Qualifications:
- AA/BA degree preferred
- Proficiency in G-Suite (GMail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and administrative software a plus
- A ‘no problem too small’ mentality and ability to wear many hats
- Able to say ‘no’ diplomatically but flexible; calm, friendly, and professional

What the job involves
- We are looking for an individual to join us as an administrative assistant on the Executive Support team, reporting directly to VideoAmp’s Sr. EA within our NY office
- This is a position with the opportunity to grow into an invaluable teammate on a fast-moving team
- Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Sr. EA, this role involves: managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and completion of expense reports across the C-suite executive team holistically
- Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up in-office meetings and events, and handling floor management responsibilities
- Assist Sr. EA with administrative responsibilities, including some calendaring, expense reports, meeting set-up, etc, specifically in the NY office
- Some assistance for NY-based C-level execs, incl running coffee/meals, preparing documents, and preparing offices for meetings, in-person and hybrid
- Help coordinate and implement internal events on behalf of C-level execs, including off-sites, team building events, and organizational wide meetings at NY office
- Some floor management, including updating floor plans, submitting facilities and maintenance requests, submitting guests to front desk, etc
