• 3+ years of program/project management experience

• They should be able to facilitate tough tradeoffs along the way and be tactical enough to know when to investigate on day-to-day execution
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, then energetically drive those enhancements all the while encouraging a feeling of teamwork and common purpose within the team
• Drive product development and implementation to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and at the required level of quality
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, customers, and partners
• Anticipate challenges and accurately adjust as needed on the fly
• Partner with other producers, product managers, engineering leaders and members of other departments to deliver outstanding products and services
• Ensure clear project definition and criteria for completion
• Initiate, foster, maintain, and lead others towards positive working relationships with internal and external organizations critical to both current and future development processes
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and ensuring all team members are engaged and contributing to the project’s success
