Who you are
- We seek someone who sees the big picture and brings bold, elevated design thinking to every creative challenge
- This is an individual contributor role where you'll be the roll-up-your-sleeves kind of contributor with strong visual design and organizational skills
- Our ideal candidate is someone who has a portfolio of demonstrated brand stewardship and cultivation of new ideas, execution of said ideas, and actual work that is out in the wild
- You have concrete examples of how you have managed multiple projects and stakeholders
- This can be through agency work or in-house teams
- 7+ years of professional visual design or graphic design experience (in an agency or B2C2B space)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, brand elevation, and cross-medium execution
- Demonstrable expertise in visual storytelling, typography, and brand identity
- Self-directed quick thinker
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Expert level proficiency in Figma for implementing visual work into mobile, web, and all things digital
- Eloquent communication—managing expectations of your peers and the leadership team
- Translating goals and requirements into design outcomes
- Someone who is based in Austin, Texas, however, for the right candidate, we will allow both hybrid and fully remote work. We’re flexible!
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and resourceful Visual Designer to implement and foster an upcoming rebrand…and beyond
- You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure Fetch’s new brand presence is cohesive, inspiring, differentiated, and trusted
- You'll be responsible for driving projects forward yourself as well as collaborating closely with colleagues throughout the process
- While leadership is valued, the focus here is on individual execution and expertise, not managing a team, but managing stakeholder expectations
- This role will report directly to the Director of Product Design, and work closely with Marketing teams who focus on our residents (i.e. : those who live in Fetch-enabled properties), with a separate team focusing on clients (e.g. : property managers, building owners, builders, etc)
- On a daily basis, you will be working on implementing our upcoming branding efforts across all channels and forms of content
- As a result, you will then shift your focus to delivering visual design outcomes for Marketing, trade shows, physical print+swag, videos, social media, and all things digital that need visual design (e.g. : mobile and web)
- You'll own and evolve Fetch’s visual identity across all channels—from brand guidelines to execution
- Drive the look and feel of the brand with high standards for consistency, clarity, and creativity
- Ensure we show up with visual polish across web, social, events, and mobile touchpoints
- Serving as the company's go-to visual design partner, balancing execution with strategic brand direction
- Translate brand goals into compelling creative strategies that differentiate us in the market
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership on campaigns, positioning, and visual storytelling
- Proactively evolve our visual brand systems to support scale, clarity, and innovation
- Quickly and effectively produce and deliver shovel-ready design assets where they are needed
- Work with the head of design and marketing to create scalable processes

Living in an apartment block often has drawbacks when it comes to receiving parcels, with missed deliveries and lost packages a common occurrence. Fetch is a last-mile package delivery service aimed specifically at people who live in multifamily apartment blocks.
While there is plenty of innovation and competition in this industry, Fetch attempts to set itself apart from rivals by working directly with apartment managers and offering flexible delivery, including late-night windows and to-door delivery for bulky items.
Fetch currently operates in over 25 major markets across the US, including Austin, Seattle, Denver and Chicago. The company has displayed impressive growth thus far, expanding across markets and communities to serve more than 385,000 apartment homes in nearly 1,200 communities.
