Who you are
- SQL proficiency
- Experience using Tableau or similar BI tool
- Familiarity with Snowflake
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, CS, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or other related field of study
- 5+ years of relevant analytical experience
- Enjoy approaching open ended questions in a creative fashion, using data from various sources to provide insights to your stakeholders
- Are detail-oriented, precision and accuracy in data analysis and reporting are crucial
- Possess excellent communication skills. You can clearly convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Have a collaborative spirit, you work well with cross-functional teams to support their data needs and enhance marketing strategies
- Have expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, connecting a multitude of data sources, and using visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode, etc.)
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to make meaningful recommendations that will inform our business strategy based on data analysis
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to enhance our marketing data infrastructure and leverage it to uncover insights that drive business decisions
- As our company grows, it is increasingly crucial to use data to guide our Marketing Organization's direction
- This role involves evaluating and tracking our marketing funnel, providing data and insights to campaign owners to help them optimize their campaigns
- Additionally, the Marketing Analytics Manager will assist in creating dashboards for our leadership teams to monitor business progress and performance against goals
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics
- Building and Maintaining Data Infrastructure: Support the development and management of the marketing data infrastructure to ensure accurate and efficient data collection, storage, and analysis
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to generate insights and reports that inform business decisions. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating dashboards in SFDC, Tableau and Snowflake
- Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with various marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to enhance their strategies
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
