Who you are
- You’ll need to excel at managing multiple stakeholder relationships both on the client side and inside of LDT, technical and non-technical; as well as multiple accounts at one time
- This role requires extreme attention to detail and an ability to manage complex technical implementations and partnerships with EOs
- You’re technically savvy, with ability to clearly explain how our product works and will serve the needs of the partners we work with
- Expertise working across multiple teams, technical and non-technical, to build and deliver end-to-end tooling and programs
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- You understand the importance of building strong relationships, seeing through our commitments, and resolving any unmet needs of the client
- You have executive presence and are comfortable speaking with and presenting to C-suite execs and board members
- You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- You’re proactive, a team player and enjoy partnering cross-functionally to achieve the best outcomes

- Minimum of 5 years technical account management experience, project management experience a plus

What the job involves
- This role will be central to our next phase of growth, and critical to our success in the US
- You will be responsible for partnering with new clients (either from signature or from Go Live) to ensure a seamless transition to our platform, and to deliver ongoing success for them
- Your role will be to provide the best-in-class technical account management support needed to effectively onboard and manage new relationships, and to drive continued success for these EOs throughout their partnership with Let’s Do This
- You will be the glue between sales and product management to ensure our EO’s technical requirements are met from onboarding through to go live and beyond
- These relationships require care and a commitment to the organizers’ mission and internal systems and processes they use to run their business
- To succeed, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get involved to truly understand what is important to each account and how our technology will fit into their ecosystem, as well as plugging them into our technology and systems
- You will be responsible for owning the clear flow of communication between the EO and LDT to 1) help the organizer understand how to use functionality that is inside our platform to meet their needs and 2) help coordinate new work in partnership with our product development team that is critical to the organizer’s success
- You’ll be reporting into the VP Sales & Partner Success, but will support many stakeholders cross functionally
- This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is largely remote, though there may be opportunities to spend regular time in our clients’ offices (potentially one day per week), so interest in doing that is a must
- There will be periods of time where newly signed relationships require in-person working sessions over a period of days for a seamless transition to our technology, so you will need to be willing to travel (across the US and to UK HQ as required) and be available for onsite support for the EO during certain blocks of time
- This will likely include some weekends (with TOIL), as most events take place on a Saturday
- Once your accounts are up and running, you’ll also travel for Quarterly Business Reviews ensuring we maintain regular and quality face time with our key US clients
- Your first two clients will be Atlanta Track Club, and Honolulu Marathon
- Partner with the salesperson, our product team, and the new EO to define project scope* and objectives, and develop a detailed project plan outlining all tasks and milestones in a way that inspires the team and the EO
- Both of these organizers are currently live, and in the post-GL hypercare period
- *There may be cases where EOs are supported by an Implementation Manager, so your role steps in after Go Live, to drive post-GL success
- Our goals are to a) improve our ways of working, b) deliver success in the form of ambitious growth for their events, and c) ensure their teams are fully confident using our tools, and d) continue to identify and deliver new product capabilities that add value, ensuring their teams know how to extract value and use these to achieve business goals
- Provide dedicated onsite and in-person support to new EOs throughout the onboarding process, ensuring the EO team has clear understanding of how to use the product and how it fits with their internal processes and supports their needs
- Define the process, training and onboarding materials needed to facilitate seamless transitions of the EO from incumbent tools, setting a variety of stakeholders (from Registration and Events Managers to Finance and Marketing) up for success
- When taking a client from sales, develop and manage a detailed project schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the project stays on track, always pushing for excellence and paying extreme attention to detail
- When taking a client from Go Live, develop and manage a detailed post-live deliverables schedule, ensuring that all fast follow deliverables are met and progress stays on track
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including progress, adjustments, and any issues that need to be addressed, keeping your stakeholders informed and engaged
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that project goals are met
- Coordinate with internal product team(s) to help provide context and information necessary in their work to scope expected deliverables in a way that fosters collaboration
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement on an ongoing basis, always seeking to improve our processes and outcomes
- Provide ongoing training and support to the EO team as new features are rolled out, ensuring they know how to get to the most out of our tools
- Assist with troubleshooting to identify bugs and defects, logging these and ensuring internal product teams understand impact and can prioritize accordingly, while making sure your EO has a workaround in the short term
- Staying up to date with your EOs priorities and goals, ensuring you champion their needs, while pushing back when laundry list requirement requests start to creep in. You’ll make sure their goals remain the priority and neither party gets distracted from achieving those
