Account Executive, trumpet

• Charismatic, empathetic and a strong desire to succeed together
• 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling to business decision-makers
• 2+ years of managing a full sales cycle including your own cold outreach
• Able to self generate own pipeline
• Sold to Mid Market+ sized companies
• Self-confessed sales nerd!
• Natural executor of standardised sales process eg MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger
• Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of company)
• Experience consistently closing deals >$40k ACV
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to navigate complex deals and a busy pipeline
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences
• A strong affinity with trumpet's values
• Experience with Linkedin Navigator and other outreach tools
• Be a self-starter who doesn’t rely on constant validation or sign-off - own your pipeline and be bold

Desirable

• As an early Account Executive at trumpet, you’ll be an instrumental player in our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had centralising buyer journeys for companies like HubSpot, Gong and Oyster
• Expected to be in the London office twice a week if possible, once a week absolute minimum
• You’ll manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to contract negotiation, deal closure and onboarding
• Practise what we preach - become a power user of trumpet

• An initial phone screen (20-30 minutes) focused primarily on your approach to work, career goals and your questions about trumpet
• Task which will focus on your communication and presentation skills
• Final Interview (30mins), focused on why you’re interested in trumpet and your questions about the vision whilst aligning on what success looks like in the role
