Office Manager, Cyera

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing an office of 100+ employees

• Cyera is looking for an experienced, full-time, upbeat, and highly organized Office Manager to support our growing team's needs on site in NYC
• As the first point of contact for Cyera’s employees and guests at our HQ, you must be service-oriented and maintain a positive, helpful demeanor
• You must also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced company environment
• The Office Manager will report to the VP of Business Operations
• In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our NYC HQ, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, managing site events and programs, providing exceptional employee experience, all while working effectively with internal stakeholders and managing vendors
• As you ramp into this role, you will be expected to dive deep and fast into the facility management of our NYC HQ, including expansion to a new space
• Ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and customers, setting a high standard for employee and visitor experience in the office: Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires to the team and validating access to the local Cyera hub
• Manage office inventory, including company swag, as well as drinks, snacks, and office supplies
• Ensure employees’ well-being while addressing ongoing needs and anticipating potential future needs
• Oversee facility management, including space planning, maintenance, and office improvements
• Own all communications to US employees on regional office events, changes, and operations
• Working closely with Cyera’s Global Employee Experience Manager, plan and coordinate local events end-to-end ensuring the successful rollout of logistical and tactical operations
• Own and manage logistics, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor negotiation, and event budgeting
• Meaningful stakeholder of Cyera’s employee brand
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers, including but not limited to landlord/facility management, and facility solutions for service requirements and issues including lighting, power, air conditioning, etc
• Manage office-related vendor contracts and review them on a general basis
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Perform other administrative duties, as requested
