What the job involves
- We are seeking a talented and imaginative Content Writer to join our team, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to a wide range of projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- In this role, you’ll contribute to the entire creative process—from shaping initial strategies to crafting compelling copy that delivers standout client presentations and brings ideas to life
- Create original and compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing materials
- Perform in-depth research to produce accurate and insightful content, staying informed on industry trends and news
- Review content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency while adhering to brand guidelines
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive content strategies that align with overall brand messaging
- Implement best practices for search engine optimization to increase online visibility and reach
- Schedule and organize content delivery timelines to meet deadlines and coordinate content campaigns
- Use platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar software to create, schedule, and manage email campaigns, ensuring effective engagement and deliverability
- Track and report on email performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) to optimize future campaigns
- Support with any ongoing marketing projects

Many health insurance providers are beginning to offer similar health tracking and digital health tools to HealthBird, but the company stands out by focusing on connecting these providers with the right customers instead of providing insurance itself. Through its technology, the company aims to make it faster and easier to buy health insurance, whilst improving the visibility that customers have of their insurance and current health.
