• You can bring at least two years of hands-on experience in performance-driven content creation across paid social and youtube
• You know your way around tools such as: Canva, CapCut and Adobe Suite
• You love to write copy as much as graphic designing and creating videos
• You can own the creative process from the beginning to the end, and enjoy thinking outside of the box!
• You love being at the cutting-edge of creative trends and developments across paid social channels
• You thrive in creating paid social ads in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality and creativity for scroll-stopping ads
• Deadlines don't phase you. You thrive in delivering high-quality work to tight turnaround deadlines (true start-up style!)
• You produce content for a range of formats and placements
• Data is your friend when it comes to creativity
• A portfolio showcasing the amazing results you've driven through creative

• You’ll play a key role in helping us grow through organic and paid content creation
• You’ll turn briefs into high-performing ads and organic content, adding that creative flair to make sure they grab attention and stand out
• Team work makes the dream work. Alongside our Head of Growth, you’ll play a key role in developing our brand, CRO, PR, referral and revenue work-streams to drive growth
• Meeting rituals: regular catch-ups with your manager to support your growth and development, monthly “all-hands” meetings with the whole company, plus a summer and winter social
• Occasional travel for filming as required
