Director of Business Intelligence, Brandwatch

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Typically, 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management, with 5+ years leading teams or complex cross‑functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling BI strategies, teams, and platforms in complex, data‑driven organizations
• Strong proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)
• Proven ability to manage data governance, standardization, and quality assurance programs
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to define and deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and performance
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decision‑making through data‑driven storytelling

• This position is responsible for leading the organization’s business intelligence strategy, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, actionable insights that enable data‑driven decision‑making across functions
• This role oversees the design, implementation, and governance of analytics, reporting, and data solutions that improve performance visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of business intelligence professionals, including analysts, data engineers, and BI developers; set priorities, establish goals, and drive accountability
• Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing, and other business areas to understand information needs and translate them into effective BI solutions

• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with IT on BI platform management, architecture, and integration with enterprise systems
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior executives and operational stakeholders
