What the job involves

We’re looking for a People Advisor to be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues, supporting every stage of the colleague lifecycle. From employee relations and wellbeing to engagement and inclusion, you’ll help us create a positive, collaborative environment where people can thrive
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team where your expertise will make a real impact
Advise managers on policies, employment law, and best practice
Lead employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability processes
Manage the colleague lifecycle—from onboarding to exit interviews
Drive wellbeing initiatives and support absence management
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through events and activities
Coordinate volunteering and work experience programmes
Manage benefits, payroll support, and holiday entitlements
Maintain accurate data and support audits
