Staff Cyber Security Engineer, Bread Financial

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering; or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 8+ years of experience working in cybersecurity, security operations, IAM, PAM, cyber defense, or related technical roles
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments

• This role will lead cross-team security initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and address elevated security risks through deep technical expertise and collaboration
• Demonstrated expertise in AI Detection & Response (AIDR) and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM)
• Leads the design and implementation of security strategies for AI and machine learning ecosystems, including threat detection, model security, adversarial attack mitigation, and risk management
• Proven ability to build scalable security programs that protect AI applications, data pipelines, and cloud environments while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience
