Who you are
- Completed at least 2 years towards your Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- An intrinsic curiosity to learn and a desire to innovate
- Interest in process improvement and organizational efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, including Google Suite and Forms
What the job involves
- Internship Dates: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025 (You must be available to work during this period)
- The Talent Acquisition Summer Intern will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. The TA intern will gain exposure to and work across a variety of projects associated with all aspects of TA
- You will engage in a rotational program working with a variety of team members and supporting a variety of projects across Workday Operations, Hiring Process Projects, Talent Acquisitions, Internship programming, and early careers projects
- Complete specific project-based work across each of our Talent Acquisition areas of practice including but not limited to:
- Assisting with our Workday optimization project including data and insights and reporting
- Working across aspects of our Talent Acquisition Team (training, meetings, decks, playbooks, newsletters, policies)
- Gaining technical understanding and assisting with projects associated with our team online sites and systems
- Participating in Early Careers activities and create governance documents and structures
