What the job involves
- The Agent Success team is working to provide estate agents a positive customer experience when working with GetAgent; with a focus on Customer satisfaction, retention and driving adoption of our services
- The role of the Agent Success Associate is to speak to agents who have raised an issue, understand their problem, investigate it further and resolve it, as well as working proactively to reduce future issues from arising
- Dealing with escalated issues / disputes with estate agents over the phone, making account management decisions
- Contacting de-registered agents, asking for their feedback; attempting to resolve the situation and bring them back to the service
- Contacting ‘at risk’ agents attempting to resolve any outstanding issues and maintain the relationship
- Assessing agents level of interaction with the service, identifying and communicating areas for improvement to maximise the value for both GetAgent and our partners
- Responding to escalated email tickets
- Conducting onboarding calls with new estate agents
- Presenting cases to senior team members as required to support with decision-making
- Taking part in various projects and events, with a focus on raising the profile of the GetAgent throughout the Estate Agent community

Homeowners looking to sell use this information to help them choose the best estate agent and maximise the sale value of their homes.
GetAgent also provides agents with leads that they only pay for if the introduction turns into a sale, with thousands of estate agents making use of the platform. Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.
The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
