What the job involves
- ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team
- You will play a role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and giving feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads
- Working in collaboration with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support
- The Lead Development Representative builds sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
- Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
- Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
- Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
- Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
- Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings
- Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified

The company has more than 7500 customers, including 80% of the Fortune 500 list of the United States' largest corporations. ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
