Who you are
- Are an experienced project manager, able to assemble cross-functional teams and keep complex projects on track to deliver against targets and to budget
- Have a strong understanding of brand communications and wider media culture to back up your recommendations and decisions - youâll have strong references and refreshing ideas
- Are proactive and able to work at pace, with a natural bias to action
- Youâre results-focused, comfortable with setting and measuring KPIs
- Are a creative problem solver who is solutions orientated and raises issues or unexpected problems early to ensure success
- Are a strong communicator, clear in presenting your work to your peers and stakeholders, and can tailor your style to different audiences
- Are willing to work from our offices in Vauxhall at least twice weekly
- 3-5 years of experience in a brand or marketing role, ideally with another eComm or D2C brand
- Experience across multiple and as many brand touchpoints as possible!
- Experience working collaboratively with creative teams to create work that is inspiring, engaging and delivers results
- Experience managing project budgets
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Brand Manager to join us for 12-months from March 2024!
- Reporting to Charlotte, our Brand Lead, and joining our agile team of 5 brand specialists, youâll manage an exciting, varied mix of projects and campaigns â from seasonal moments, to strategic brand partnerships and engaging activations
- Youâll own and manage campaigns and partnerships of various sizes, working with stakeholders from across the business to shape, iterate, execute and report on activity
- Youâll be a go-to brand voice and guardian alongside our Brand Lead, continually ensuring that output is on brand and meets the objectives of the brief
- Youâll craft seasonal direction brand briefs bringing together brand & range objectives and building on the marketing learnings from previous years to inspire the creative team
- Youâll work cross-functionally with teams including Range, Business Development and Creative to develop new products and partnerships that build our distinctiveness, from initial ideation right through to launch and integration into our BAU workstreams
- Youâll adopt a test and learn mentality across all of our campaigns, ensuring continual optimisation. Youâll spot opportunities for improvement and design measurable tests alongside other teams. At the end of campaigns youâll pull together a comprehensive review and make a recommendation for next time based on all of the learnings

Bloom & Wild is an online flower delivery platform supplying a modern approach for sending flowers to loved ones. Its product approach is to sell flowers as bouquets, with smaller bouquets being able to fit through a typical UK mail slot in a small box, making it extremely easy to deliver.
The company operates across a number of countries, including Germany, France, Austria, and the Netherlands. It has utilised its two acquired businesses - Netherlands-based Bloomon, and French competitor Bergamotte - to expand the range of products it offers and reach new customers. It also launched a subscription service for consumers purchasing flowers for their own homes.
Expanding beyond its digital roots, Bloom & Wild has experimented with physical retail concepts - most notably its launch in Sainsburyâs stores. On top of international expansion, significant funding, and a unique concept, the company has become a recognised brand and surely positioned itself for a bright future.
