Who you are

3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, revenue operations, and/or data analytics
Experience with using and managing CRM platforms and proficient in using Hubspot modules and reporting
SQL proficiency preferred but not required

What the job involves

As a Sales Operations Associate at GlossGenius, you will support strategic workstreams that power the sales team’s growth and success and drive core operational processes with a focus on systems and process optimization
You’ll work with sales leadership as well as cross-functional partners across marketing, product and finance to identify areas of opportunity, develop processes and systems to capture those opportunities and ensure the team has the tools and frameworks needed to execute against those plans
You will report to our Senior Strategy and Operations Manager
Help design, implement, and continuously optimize sales processes, integrations, and automation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with Sales Leaders to track pipeline health and forecast revenue growth
Systematize best practices in the sales process and continuously improve critical workflows
Identify education and tooling needs for the Sales team and execute trainings, system upgrades and implementations
Support sales leadership by driving critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth
Assist in managing the Sales Operations’ technology stack
