Who you are
- Proven experience running full-cycle GTM and/or G&A recruiting (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, G&A) in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ability to execute under pressure — you keep your cool and deliver when urgency is high
- Deep knowledge of recruiting fundamentals, structured hiring, and competency-based interviewing
- Collaborative and adaptable — you partner well with others and thrive in environments with ambiguity

What the job involves
- This is a 3-month contract role, fully remote or based in our SF office, with an immediate start — and a huge opportunity to make an outsized impact during a critical moment for EvenUp’s growth
- As a Talent Partner (G&A/GTM Recruiting), you’ll play a critical role in helping us rapidly scale our Go-to-Market team during a pivotal growth moment

- We have ambitious goals, a new product launching, and an urgent need for exceptional GTM talent to help us get there
- In this contract role, you’ll run high-priority, full-cycle searches for sales, marketing, and customer success roles that directly impact revenue growth and customer retention
- You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, navigating constant change and tight timelines
- You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and executives, bringing rigor, speed, and creativity to every search — and you’ll thrive under pressure when stakes are high
- Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and execs to align on hiring strategy and move fast
- Source, engage, assess, offer, and close world-class GTM talent for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles
- Serve as a talent advisor — sharing market insights, raising the bar on hiring quality, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Build strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies tailored to competitive GTM markets
- Be a role model for recruiting best practices and help strengthen our overall talent function
Our take
Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.
The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.
Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2025 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $2 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
