Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations with 5-7 years of experience to be our first dedicated finance hire. We need a scrappy, hands-on builder who can thrive in ambiguity and has a background in both top-tier consulting and a high-growth startup
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a finance, RevOps, or BizOps role at a growth-stage technology company
- Strong analytical & communication skills; able to produce clear, executive-ready outputs
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Direct ownership of a billing system build or revenue recognition policy (complying with ASC 606)
- Experience with billing systems (Stripe, Tabs, etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
- Demonstrated 'builder' mentality; creates processes from scratch
What the job involves
- This is a critical, P0 role to build our revenue operations infrastructure from the ground up, reduce operational risk, and free up leadership to focus on more strategic initiatives
- Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals
- Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (Stripe, Tabs) and handling complex edge cases
- Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments
- Serve as the internal finance owner for the month-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes

Typically, businesses that want to leverage AI and Machine Learning find themselves having to build their own infrastructure, sourcing their own hardware, and basically becoming experts in it before they can access the AI compute resources that they need.
Mithril, formerly Foundry, is working to simplify access to AI compute by supplying a public cloud that is powered by its orchestration platform. Built with machine learning in mind, it can manage the unique needs of these workloads and essentially removes the need for engineering teams to concern themselves with hardware.
Delivering a service for which demand is already on the rise, the company sets itself up well for a fruitful future. Mithril has recently raised an impressive Seed and Series A round of funding that will support expansion efforts and the pursuit of more partnerships, as well as help enhance its offering.
