- Applicable experience as a paralegal, preferably with a top-tier international law firm or a global in-house legal department; experience working on real estate, privacy, and employment matters is preferred but not required

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Paralegal, Litigation and Risk, to support our Associate General Counsel with matters primarily relating to litigation and insurance. This position will be based in the United States

- Provide support for pre-litigation and litigation matters, including fact investigation, discovery, and witness preparation
- Assist with management of the company’s insurance and risk program, including policy renewals, insurance claims, compliance, and audits
- Prepare and send out legal holds and manage legal hold compliance
- Respond to subpoenas and requests for information with minimal supervision, including identification, collection, review, and preparation of documents for production
- Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures, and programs
- Develop and maintain internal litigation and insurance databases and resources
- Work on legal and insurance invoicing and budgeting matters
- Collaborate with outside counsel, insurance brokers, and adjusters, and interact across all levels of management within the company
- Partner with cross-functional teams on various legal matters, special projects, and processes
- Requires discretion, independent judgment, and critical thinking
- Requires strong computer, communication, writing, organization, and project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced legal environment
