Who you are
- We seek a creative, detail-oriented, strategic Revenue Enablement Manager who embodies our values. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and adult learning principles
- 4+ years in a Sales Enablement role
- Experience in a direct sales role is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure the impact of enablement programs
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to uncover business problems, build and align on a strategy, and then execute the strategy
- A deep passion for creating engaging learning experiences, instructional materials, and programs within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and processes
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies
- Experience with Enablement Platforms e.g. (Seismic, Highspot, Workramp, Mindtickle, Articulate Rise, Vyond).\\
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft a plus
What the job involves
- As a Revenue Enablement Manager within our Revenue Enablement team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our revenue teams
- As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective enablement strategies that empower our Revenue teams to win more deals and drive revenue growth
- You will work closely with our Premier Sales leadership team to identify areas for improvement, develop content and tools to support our Premier Sales organization as well as measure the impact of our enablement programs. Specifically, you will:
- Be a valued partner to Revenue leaders; understand their business, market pressures impacting them, and sales motions with a strategic eye on how to impact the sales team's effectiveness
- Partner with Revenue Leaders to build a plan and roadmap that aligns with business goals
- Develop and deliver effective enablement programs and training
- Partner with the Revenue Onboarding Manager and Learning Manager to effectively onboard and ramp new sales team members by driving and owning the Premier Sales University program
- Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Design and develop learning materials for face-to-face and virtual sessions, utilizing innovative and evidence-based approaches
- Measure the impact of enablement programs and continuously optimize our approach based on data and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales operations, partnerships, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and bring new ideas and approaches to the team
- You'll be responsible for creating and delivering programs, processes, and tools that enable our Revenue teams to be more effective in their sales motions
- You'll collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in the sales process and work to ensure that our sales teams have the resources they need to succeed and drive revenue growth
- Salesloft’s Revenue Enablement team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming Enablement Managers, Program Managers, and Instructional Designers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

- Meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft Premier Sales team, ensuring you understand what sales conversations look, sound, and feel like
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Meet key partners in Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Executives, etc. - they will be key relationships for you
- WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Be a product expert and feel comfortable conveying the value of the Salesloft platform
- Be an expert on our post-sales processes and conversations
- Be viewed as a trusted partner by the Premier Sales leadership team
- Have a clearly articulated, measurable plan to support our Revenue team
- WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Continue to focus on your OKRs and delivering strategic plans
- See tangible improvements in the effectiveness of the Salesloft team based on feedback and learning metrics
- WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Salesloft provides enterprise customers with an AI-powered engagement SaaS platform that integrates all customer communication channels and workflows, as well as providing sales analytics.
The company has been active since 2011, and has grown into one of the world’s leading customer engagement platforms, now counting the likes of IBM, Shopify, Google, Slack, and Cisco in its client base. The increased digitisation of the sales process in the last few years has seen Salesloft expand rapidly of late, particularly away from its US headquarters, with significant customer uptake in Europe.
One of its major investors, Vista Equity Partners, recently took a majority shareholding in the company which raised its value to well above $2 billion. Recent shifts in the C-suite are said to be seeing the company into its next season of growth. With its future looking secure, Salesloft intends to continue its expansion through Europe before targeting other markets.
