• English proficiency (written and spoken, minimum C1 level)
• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles where integrations played a key role in the technical win
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SSO concepts
• Strong knowledge of modern integration patterns: sync vs. event-driven, batch vs. real-time, polling vs. webhooks
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as:
• ERP & Accounting: SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks
• Expense Management: Spendesk, Pleo, SAP Concur, Brex, Ramp
• HRIS: Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, SuccessFactors
• IAM & SSO: Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace
• Comfortable reading and writing code in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python to build demos, scripts, and prototypes
• Ability to design and explain integration architecture diagrams clearly
• Strong consultative-selling mindset and excellent discovery skills
• Experience working alongside Account Executives in quota-driven or technical-win-rate environments
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills, including experience with CIOs, IT Directors, and Finance leaders
