Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with engineering teams
  • Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for optimizing and automating business processes through technical system interactions, with a keen interest in new technologies and technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, able to handle multiple projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in German and English for seamless collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with APIs, XML, JSON, web services, HR tech, or the recruitment industry is a plus

What the job involves

  • As a Product Manager for the Integrations and Inventory team at HeyJobs, you'll spearhead our efforts to create seamless connections between our platform and various ATS and partner systems
  • You'll identify new integration opportunities, align technical requirements with business goals, and lead the agile development process to enhance our customers' experience and drive growth
  • Your work will be crucial in optimizing the end-to-end journey for our integrated clients
  • Lead the product strategy for our Integrations & Inventory team, focusing on seamless connections between HeyJobs and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and partner systems
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for improving existing integrations and expanding our capabilities to new systems and partners, while driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our integration ecosystem
  • Work closely with customer success and sales teams to gather insights, address technical concerns, and effectively communicate the value of our integration solutions to clients
  • Co-own the user journey for integrated customers, ensuring a smooth user experience from onboarding them to their integration to importing their jobs and exporting their candidates
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering manager and engineers to design, implement, and continuously improve robust integrations that ensure efficient job imports and candidate exports
  • Collaborate with other product teams to ensure proper data mapping, transformation, and compliance between HeyJobs and integrated systems, maintaining data integrity throughout the ecosystem
  • Lead cross-team initiatives to boost integration usage and deliver maximum value to clients
