Customer Success Program Manager, Alteryx

• Technical understanding & experience working with a Customer Success Platform, preferably Gainsight
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of customer success principles and best practices
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and customer success platforms
• 2-4 years of hands-on professional experience in Business Operations or similar
• Excellent communication skills

• Be responsible for overseeing and improving various operational aspects of the customer success function, ensuring efficient processes, and fostering an internal culture of exceptional customer success delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Partner with CSM leadership to develop and execute the operational strategy for customer success managers productivity
• Collaborate with the customer success leadership team to define and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive customer success
• Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between customer success and other departments, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment of goals and initiatives
• Leverage technologies to develop operational rigor & develop innovative solutions to business inefficiencies
