• 7+ years of Program Management experience in a complex, matrixed, and international environment, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

• As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and ensure the seamless execution of our cross-solution initiatives

• You will lead complex, cross-functional projects that are critical to our growth and success, working closely with executive leadership, solution owners, and global teams
• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our initiatives are executed efficiently, aligned with broader business goals, and delivered with precision
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key growth initiatives across multiple regions and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Orchestrate and negotiate project plans with cross-functional teams, partnering closely with Solution Owners across all phases of the project life cycle
• Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to secure support and ensure project goals are met
• Utilize a data-centric approach to inform decision-making, leveraging data tooling and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and create action plans to achieve growth objectives
• Report program progress and results to stakeholders, providing transparency with metrics regularly communicated to executive leadership
• Ensure program profitability by managing all aspects of execution, while also fostering a culture of innovation through incubation management and solution operations
• Contribute to the strategic planning of business operations, helping to shape the direction of future enterprise initiatives
