Software Engineer, Social Native

• 2–5 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with a strong track record as
• A hands-on builder
• Experience helping a startup scale through a major growth or inflection point
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Serverless, and React, plus
• Infra: Docker, Postgres, and AWS (or equivalent cloud)
• Proven experience shipping AI solutions in production — Bedrock, Strands, LangChain,
• Vector databases, RAG pipelines
• Expertise in distributed systems, serverless, and event-driven architecture (SQS,
• EventBridge, etc.)
• Comfort owning technical direction while writing and reviewing code weekly
