Who you are
- Native German speaker (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 required)
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Strong practical SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns and coordinating webinars
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and execution-focused
- Customer-oriented and eager to learn and grow
- Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an international environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international team in Berlin
- In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing initiatives across global markets, with primary ownership of our German-speaking (DACH) regions
- This is a highly collaborative role where you will bridge the gap between global strategy and localized regional execution
- Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and international markets
- Coordinate campaign assets including landing pages, email journeys, webinar pages, banners, and digital collateral
- Coordinate and implement SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata management, and website improvements
- Contribute to improving the visibility, discoverability, and performance of digital content across web properties
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, workflows, audience segmentation, and marketing automation activities using HubSpot
- Support lead nurturing and customer engagement initiatives through digital communication programs
- Organize and coordinate webinars from planning to execution, including registrations, communications, follow-up activities, and reporting
- Support digital event promotion and attendee engagement activities
- Adapt and publish marketing content for both English and German-speaking markets
- Manage digital assets and campaign materials across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting activities to help evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to competitor monitoring, market research, and the identification of industry trends and market developments
- Work closely with sales, product, content, and growth teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Collaborate within a fast-paced international environment, supporting the successful execution of regional and global marketing programs
