Account Manager, FundApps

• Relevant Background: You’ve held roles with monetary quotas, have a proven track record of meeting targets, and have experience negotiating deal terms. You have demonstrated experience in account management or relationship management in a B2B or enterprise sales environment

• The Account Manager role at FundApps is a client-facing position that involves developing a deep understanding of client requirements, increasing their efficiency, and helping them navigate tech-related challenges
• Building strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner, and executing commercial strategies will be key to this role
• Around 20% of the world's assets under management are under our care and you’ll be managing clients of all sizes, from pre-launch through to multiple trillion dollar investment banks
• Success in this role will be measured by both the growth of existing client accounts and the strength of client relationships
• Developing and executing a commercial strategy for our portfolio of accounts by understanding client needs, FundApps' product offerings, and industry trends while safeguarding existing revenue and growing client ARR
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers (COOs, CCOs, CROs, CIOs) and front-office stakeholders (PFMs, HFMs, Traders) and becoming a trusted advisor to drive joint roadmaps and solutions
• Leading commercial and strategic interactions with clients, prioritizing their needs in collaboration with the client success team to uncover both tactical and big-picture opportunities
• Collaborating closely with the client success and product teams to understand client workflows, displace competitors, and identify growth opportunities within and beyond current scopes
• Mastering technical knowledge of FundApps and regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and applying best-in-class sales techniques and communication strategies
