Role
Who you are
- Experience in Sales / Customer Success, preferably in the fintech/ tech/ startup experience
- Track record of coaching teams and building processes from the ground up on technology products
- Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly quota
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills
- Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious and self-motivated who wouldn’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves to achieve overall company success
- Great time management skills with ability to self-manage
What the job involves
- As we grow our organization, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Key Account Specialist to join our fast-growing Dental vertical
- This role will manage a portfolio (book of business) of 300-400 Key Accounts focusing on Large DSOs, to drive expansion and growth of Sunbit usage
- The ideal candidate will work directly with dental practices at all levels to identify opportunities and engage remotely to drive usage, with a goal of growing Sunbit into the #1 patient financing solution for dental practices across the US
- Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and align business objectives with partner needs
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within dental practices at all levels, such as Drs., decision-makers, influencers, office managers and treatment coordinators
- Understand their goals, challenges, and pain points to effectively position Sunbit products and services
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure account health, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions when Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support throughout their journey
- Proactively address any issues or concerns and ensure timely resolution, thereby fostering partner satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive growth
- Connect and engage with partners virtually to build relationships and drive growth

Buy now pay later (BNPL) options have been a lifeline for consumers who need to make essential purchases but need a bit more breathing space to pay for them. Sunbit provides a BNPL solution to service providers, retailers and consumers, helping thousands of communities where traditional financing options have previously been the only route.
Sunbit disrupts the lengthy process of getting credit, utilising its own proprietary machine learning technology to create personalized payment plans for each customer rather than relying on pre-approval based on a FICO score. Their 30-second approval process makes it an attractive option for retailers looking to increase sales as customers can get an in-store decision. Payback has 3, 6, and 9 month flexible options and the platform covers purchases of up to $10,000.
The company is looking to grow after an impressive financial investment in 2024 that reflects consumers turning to new payment options, such as BNPL. The funding is supporting its Sunbit no-fee credit card and embedded financing partnerships.
