Who you are
- You have 5–7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing for consumer apps
- You’ve driven measurable results (installs, activations, LTV/CAC optimization)
- You’re fluent in data, creative, and iteration speed
- You love experimenting with UGC-style creatives and influencer content

What the job involves
- Run paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube
- Test, analyze, and scale what converts — creative, copy, audiences, placement
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to align messaging and funnel
- Manage budgets and optimize CAC → first payment
- Build dashboards and report growth insights clearly and fast
- Stay ahead of trends in Gen Z social behavior and performance tactics
