• As Head of Content, you will own our content production engine overseeing the creation, optimization, and organization of all digital content across our full funnel
• This is a high-impact leadership role that combines content execution, strategic oversight, and team management. You’ll manage a team of 7+ creative freelancers alongside in-house teammates, ensuring that every asset produced is on-brand, data-driven, and built to perform
• You will be a connective tissue between the marketing team, balancing creative storytelling with performance-driven content
• 📋 Creative Direction & Strategy: Define the content roadmap ensuring assets align with business objectives, audience insights, and performance data
• Build & Lead the Creative Production Team: Manage and scale a high-performing network of freelance creatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
• 🎬 Own the Creative Machine: Manage our Creative Sprints to produce 250+ paid social assets monthly, ensuring efficiency and quality
• 📋 Own and Refine Briefs: Ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders. Write clear, actionable creative briefs in collaboration with marketing and performance teams
