Role
Who you are
- Bac+5 engineering or data (graduation internship)
- Good level of SQL (daily basis usage) & Google sheet
- Good business intelligence skills
- Cross sources data transformation and analysis (be able to mix and match properly the data from different sources)
- Optional: Dataviz tools, CRM tool (HubSpot or any other)
- Rigorous and trustworthy when it comes to quality assurance
- Resourceful and quick learner, never blocked by some missing skills or knowledges
- Autonomous in setting priorities and managing his/her daily workload
- Proactive
- Relational ease using French or English
- Don’t trade off best practices and scalability with immediate and easy solutions
What the job involves
- This is a cross-team role, reporting to the CRM team (part of the Marketing team) who will be trained and supported by the Data team
- The core of the mission will be focused around marketing data analysis and its translation into actionnable business insights
- Your missions include data transformations (SQL) and meticulous quality assurance on a daily basis
- As a Data Analyst trainee you will be evolving in a fast growing, high collaborative and open to all your ideas environment
- You will definitely get some level of autonomy, while remaining within the well-defined framework and having all team support you need
- We are true adepts of well-structured processes and agile rituals and always happy to test new solutions
- As a CRM Data Analyst trainee, you will perform different kind of projects:
- Provide Marketing analysis for the team
- Use available certified data to create on-demand extracts
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as part of various data exploration projects
- Setup CRM performance reports
- Work closely with data engineers to follow the best practices, contribute to the data platform development and tech debt reduction
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the end-user datasets you are providing
- Contribute to the LC data culture development and “data as a product” vision
- Technical stack:
- CRM : HubSpot
- Data Warehouse: BigQuery
- BI tool: Looker Studio (old: Metabase)
- Marketing Web Analytic tool: GA4
- Documentation: Notion
- Coding language: SQL, **Python
- Communication: Slack
- The internship starts at the beginning of May 2025 for 6 months
