Who you are
- Experience in performance or quantitative marketing, with hands-on knowledge of major ad platforms and analytics tools,
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting, paired with creative problem-solving skills,
- Data-driven mindset with confidence working with spreadsheets, analyzing trends, and creating clear reports,
- Ability to think globally and adapt campaigns for diverse international markets (Europe, Africa, Asia, etc.),
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); experience in Fintech/Crypto and app campaigns is a strong plus
What the job involves
- This is a one-year fixed-term contractor position
- We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Opera’s Mobile Performance Marketing Team and help grow our global user base through creative, data-driven campaigns.
- In this role, you’ll lead performance marketing initiatives for MiniPay, a non-custodial wallet, managing large-scale campaigns across international markets.
- You’ll combine smart optimization with bold ideas to maximize impact and drive measurable results. - Build, manage, and scale user acquisition campaigns across channels like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and more,
- Analyze campaign performance, report on key KPIs, and continuously optimize toward growth and efficiency,
- Ideate new concepts, run A/B tests, and identify scalable opportunities across digital channels,
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful, market-specific ad content,
- Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong ROI
