Who you are
- The ideal candidate has experience in technical program management, with a focus on process documentation, improvement, and execution
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or digital product delivery
- Strong process documentation skills with a proven ability to create clear, structured playbooks
- Expertise in Jira, Trello, and other project management tools
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority, driving progress and alignment
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles
- Batchelor's Degree
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Product organization
- This role is responsible for defining, monitoring, and executing software delivery plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality
- The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to identify dependencies, remove roadblocks, and drive execution
- This position demands rigorous process management, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional communication to deliver high-impact engineering projects
- Serve as the central point of contact for all aspects of a project—tracking progress, identifying next steps, and anticipating challenges
- Maintain and enforce clear timelines, dependencies, and escalation processes to ensure seamless execution
- Translate complex project dependencies into concise, actionable status updates for stakeholders
- Proactively identify roadblocks and bottlenecks, resolving them before they become issues
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting structures, and process documentation to ensure alignment across teams
- Establish best practices for program execution, improving efficiency and repeatability
- Drive continuous process refinement, gathering insights from internal teams to enhance project delivery
- Provide clear, audience-specific project updates, ensuring alignment at multiple levels of resolution
- Act as a bridge between engineering, marketing, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and execution against shared goals
- Foster accountability within teams, ensuring deliverables are met without direct managerial oversight
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and others to organize and track work effectively
- Oversee testing, feedback collection, and rollout of new product capabilities
- Ensure thorough documentation and internal testing before feature releases
- Deliver large-scale, business-critical projects on time, directly impacting company growth
- Streamline workflows to enable teams to execute efficiently and effectively
- Elevate project visibility and accountability, driving alignment across the organization
