  • You are passionate about solving real-time problems faced by our mission-critical cloud-native services and are dedicated to achieving the high quality and reliability our customers expect
  • You document and clearly communicate your solutions, and you enjoy mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge with other engineers
  • 7+ years of relevant DevOps Experience
  • BS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java)
  • Experience in Unix/Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in developing flexible, robust, and testable Infrastructure as Code modules
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms for automating infrastructure, builds, tests, and releases
  • Familiarity with observability tools (APM, logging, metrics)
  • Experience designing operational management tools for SaaS/PaaS systems
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE)
  • Experience in deploying and managing highly available multi-zone Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB clusters in large-scale production environments
  • FedRamp Projects

  • Implement cloud-native site reliability best practices
  • Write clear, maintainable, and performant code
  • Debug cloud-native distributed systems
  • Educate and influence the engineering organization on new architectural patterns
  • Provide comprehensive documentation for self-service
  • Innovate, solve complex issues and enhance system scalability and security
  • Deploy, automate, maintain, and improve backend infrastructure
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance continuous integration infrastructure and services
  • Review code and share best practices within the team
  • Participate in on-call rotations
