Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or banking industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive leads and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (ie,, HubSpot,) and CRM systems (ie, Salesforce)
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
What the job involves
- As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding market reach for our white-label online banking solutions tailored for credit unions and community banks
- You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel, online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness and generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, content marketing, and partnerships
- Create and leverage compelling content (i.e., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to engage our target audiences and support lead generation efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, optimize lead handoff processes, and track lead conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM system (Salesforce) to track lead flow, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation

Modern consumers expect slick mobile banking apps, but whilst major nationwide banks can easily develop and deploy a sophisticated and secure system for their customers, smaller banks and credit unions often lack the resources to do this. With more than 6000 credit unions serving a hundred million members in the US alone, there’s certainly a strong potential market for such services - which Bankjoy is rising to fulfil.
Bankjoy doesn’t wish to compete with the major banks. Instead it has created a product that is aimed at smaller businesses, primarily credit unions. Its platform enables banks to offer their customers features like mobile banking, online banking, e-statements, online account opening, online loan origination, and conversational AI, all enabling them to better serve their customers.
The business has grown fast, securing more than 63 clients - including the likes of One Detroit Credit Union and UMe Credit Union - and serving over a million members to date. Alongside the 2023 launch of its "Online Account Opening 2.0", which enables financial institutions to quickly and seamlessly onboard new members and clients, Bankjoy won the 2024 Best Digital Banking Platform Award at the Fintech Breakthrough Awards. It's also secured impressive funding to support its continued growth and product innovation.
