What the job involves

Further development and optimisation of our software.
Thinking about, and implementing code to add new features to the product in a scalable way.
Working test-driven, with an eye for existing code, performance, and security. With this, you monitor and improve the overall quality of the codebase.
Ensure seamless integrations. Both between our own backend and frontend and also with external HR tools.
Collaborate with the rest of the tech team and actively contribute to code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge sharing. Together, we will learn from our experiences and continue to grow. We are a small team, so your input is more than welcome.
Develop yourself both personally and professionally. So investing time and energy in training and development is also part of the job.
