Who you are
- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, including campaign production, lead lifecycle development, scoring model implementation, and project management
- Are a Marketo + SDFC pro: You have a proven track record of scoping, building and testing complex workflows, data integrations and multichannel campaigns for marketing and sales teams
- Are organized and detail-oriented: You can manage working on multiple campaigns for different stakeholders at one time, and expertly organize and maintain tasks and dependencies to ensure an on-time launch — project management system experience like Asana is a bonus
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working closely with marketing partners on deadlines and understand each step and component needed to successfully launch a marketing program
- Love experimenting and testing: You know there are always learnings to be had and ways an email can perform better — you propose and track results from A/B tests and share with your marketing stakeholders
- Stay curious and are open to growth: You actively enjoy building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Partnerships to drive the strategy, development, execution and ongoing optimization of our marketing programs and supporting infrastructure across channels (email, in-app, webinars, field events, content, chat, etc.).
- This role will be instrumental in building foundational systems, processes and program architecture spanning across Marketo and SFDC for our partner & ecosystem marketing team—including owning the lead lifecycle, routing direction, campaign production, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and enablement
- Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology & Automation
- Manage the end-to-end execution of partner marketing programs & campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce — from event list imports, to new email builds and segmentation, to QA and reporting on initiative impact
- Design and implement a scalable lead lifecycle framework to ensure effective lead capture, nurturing, routing, and handoff to our partner sales team
- Work with stakeholders to build a lead scoring model and implement marketing qualified lead playbooks
- Drive the development of audience segmentation strategies, ICP lists, and targeting criteria for outbound and inbound marketing programs
- Partner closely with our lifecycle and ecosystem teams to establish & implement best practices for project management, maintaining an accurate campaign calendar in Asana
- Ensure end-to-end syncing of campaign data to/from connected platforms (SFDC, Zoom, Iterable, Reachdesk, Drift, ad platforms)
- Build email nurture programs from scratch, leveraging email design best practices, A/B testing configurations, and strategic guidance to growth stakeholders on content, sender details and timing elements
- Analyze and socialize campaign performance with stakeholders and cross-functional marketing partners, making recommendations for continuous improvement & future iterations
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role

No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
