Who you are
- 15+ years of hands-on program execution experience, with demonstrated success leading large-scale technical initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology programs
- Strong technical background with deep understanding of Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI/ML implementation challenges
- Experience managing critical dependencies across multiple technical workstreams and stakeholder groups
- History of successful partnership with executive stakeholders in high-pressure delivery environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

What the job involves
- We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Technology Programs to drive the successful exeution of mission-critical initiatives across Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI domains
- This role requires an execution-focused leader who can navigate complex technical landscapes, drive results through influence, and ensure delivery of high-impact programs that advance Palo Alto Networks' technological capabilities
- Lead the execution of complex, high-visibility technology programs across Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI initiatives with direct business impact
- Drive program excellence through sophisticated risk management, dependency coordination, and resource optimization across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Partner with executive stakeholders to remove barriers, make critical decisions, and ensure program success at enterprise scale
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks that enable speed, quality, and consistency in delivery
- Develop and implement execution strategies that balance aggressive timelines with technical complexity and organizational change
- Create and manage executive-level reporting frameworks that provide transparency and enable data-driven decisions
- Build and lead high-performing virtual teams across technical and business functions
