Who you are

If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and a knack for managing financial data, you'll be a great fit for our dynamic team
2+ years of experience in corporate treasury or a related finance function
Solid experience with reconciliation, liquidity management, and various payment schemes
A strong understanding of bonds and fundamental investment concepts
Familiarity with SEPA, SWIFT, and other payment systems
The ability to identify, investigate, and analyze discrepancies in large financial datasets and create detailed reports
Experience with big data and data visualization tools
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
Fluency in English
You thrive in a startup environment, focusing on constant improvement and ownership
You are a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic—you don't stop until you find a resolution
You're comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders

Experience in a Treasury function within a neobank or fintech
Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase or Tableau

What the job involves

Finom is looking for a full-time Treasury Analyst to join our growing Operations team in Amsterdam
Managing daily cash flow, including reconciliation, liquidity monitoring, and forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
Overseeing our investment portfolio, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and tracking performance
Building treasury processes from the ground up, taking ownership of improvements and optimizations
Communicating with banking partners to resolve issues and manage requests
Analyzing and improving the company's reconciliation processes to directly impact the customer experience
Using an "improvement mindset" to identify and implement new opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
