Desirable

• You’ll play a key part in supporting clients through complex situations, using your initiative and critical thinking to gather information, build strong cases and consistently show results
• Through calls and emails, you will gather information directly from clients to support the investigation, liaising with regulatory bodies along the way
• You will document the information gathered from your investigations in a format ready for review by the banks/ Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), outlining your understanding and citing the relevant laws and regulations wherever needed
• You will offer support to victims, actively listening to their experiences, and confidently directing them to additional professional help if needed
• You will speak to your team of experienced Fraud Specialists on a daily basis, with a view to you learning and developing through the ranks
• You will attend weekly 1-1 meetings with your manager, daily virtual clinics to ask case-related questions and regular team meetings to stay on top of law/regulation changes
