Role
Who you are
- Experienced (4-7 years) in B2B marketing for enterprise software, AI, data infrastructure, or compliance tech, ideally in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Proven track record designing and delivering successful AI-supported account-based marketing programs in enterprise segments
- Analytical thinker with expertise in using AI-driven marketing automation, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable improvements
- Skilled at positioning technical products, creating compelling stories for diverse audiences, and enabling sales teams for success
- Strong project manager with a knack for blending AI-generated insights with strategic human creativity in content production
- Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act) and experience marketing to regulated sectors is a strong plus
- Fluent in English and adept at working across international teams
What the job involves
- As our Marketing Lead, you will design and execute AI-enhanced marketing strategies to promote the adoption of AI governance across enterprise customers. Collaborating closely with our founders, you’ll help shape a product that is steering the future of AI, using modern AI marketing tools to create compelling narratives, automate and optimize campaigns, and build a data-driven marketing engine for our European expansion
- AI-Driven Digital Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement creative, AI-powered campaigns that drive pipeline growth, brand recognition, and market penetration within regulated European sectors
- Account-Based Marketing Excellence: Design and launch sophisticated, AI-supported ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise clients in financial services, public institutions, and other regulated industries
- Product Marketing for a Mission-Critical Solution: Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for a platform that is shaping the future of responsible, compliant AI. Translate technical breakthroughs into strong customer value for stakeholders from compliance officers to CTOs
- Content Strategy & Execution: Orchestrate the planning and delivery of AI-generated and human-created content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership) that establishes Deeploy as the authority in AI governance
- Data-Driven Optimization: Implement analytics frameworks, AI-powered automation workflows, and continuous optimization to measure and accelerate marketing effectiveness. Leverage insights from data and AI tools to amplify ROI and scale successful initiatives
- Sales & Partnership Enablement: Closely collaborate with sales, product, and partnership teams to ensure marketing efforts fuel revenue growth and align to the evolving landscape of AI governance
- Impact: Help shape how Europe approaches responsible, transparent AI by contributing directly to a product with outsized influence on the future of the tech industry
- Culture: Be part of a collaborative, diverse team committed to open communication and continuous learning

Our take
Founded in 2020, Deeploy has hit the market at the perfect time for the wider tech community to make the most of its offerings. Aimed at promoting transparency and accountability within the often opaque development of AI, Deeploy’s platform provides human-explainable AI for use in ML operations. This will no doubt become an increasingly vital asset as governments and watchdogs start implementing stricter regulations on machine learning deployments.
Whilst AI is being rapidly deployed to make businesses smarter and more efficient, accountability can get lost in the rush. The founding team of Utrecht’s Deeploy has a long history of working within AI analysis roles and wants to make sure that human teams actually know what AI is doing, so that machine errors can be corrected.
This cautious and transparent approach to artificial intelligence has played well with investors, Deeploy having been awarded seed funding from a range of European investors in 2022 and 2023. Deeploy is using this capital to expand its software development, attract larger enterprise customers and build out its sales team to lay the groundwork for future expansion. Eventually, Deeploy plans to extend its operations into cloud-based software to provide more scalable and powerful tools to keep AI accountable.
