Who you are
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
- Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements
- Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners up to the Director level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Partner Connection and Channel Agreements
- Effective organization, project/time management, prioritization, follow-up and execution skills
- Strong Enterprise Contributor skills to drive to the best business outcome for the partners and the company as a whole
- Effective problem solving and issue resolution skills
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
- 3-5 years large account sales or account management experience
- HPEFS past experiences is a strong asset
- Mastery in GERMAN and English is required
What the job involves
- This customer delivery position acts as a primary operational relationship contact for our strategic Partners and Distributors, spanning all segments
- The Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) will have a lead role in deployment of Partner Connection in local countries and an operational role in educating and converting partners to “self-service” mode of Partner Connection, providing training and demo’s as needed
- The PRM will work closely with the Partner Development Manager (PDM) and serve as the central point of contact for new partner agreement negotiation, maintaining partner documentation and supporting the CAF process
- Provide partner & new colleague onboarding, training/demo’s and orientation support
- Educating and converting partners to the “self-service” mode of Partner Connection
- Identify and support Partner Connection system enhancements
- Manage monthly pipeline reviews with strategic partners / distributors
- Deliver Partner/Customer experience
- Collaborate with Partner Development Manager (PDM) to participate in quarterly performance reviews with key strategic partner as needed
- Communicate operational process changes to Partner
- Support Total Partner/Customer Experience
- Ensuring up to date contacts are maintained within internal systems
- Primary operational relationship contact for strategic Partners and Distributors, spanning all segments
- Act as the primary operational contact for assigned Channel Partners, assisting Sales with developing and maintaining Partner/Distributor Relationships
- Work with Sales/Partners to find solutions to Partner escalations/issues
- Primary operational contact for CD & Sales spanning all segments to support our Strategic Partners in their efforts to process deals
- Operational support to manage and maintain acceptable DSO with strategic partners spanning all segments
- Support Metrics & Outputs
- Strategic partner documentation process
- Coordinate with Legal on partner document negotiations and annual changes
- Create & manage Partner and Distributor documentation together with Business development and assists business development in tracking & retention of agreements
- Communicate/escalate to CRM / PRM any customer / partner changes quickly, consistently, effectively
- Collaborate and engage with team members providing valuable input for customer projects/solutions
- May act as a team or project leader validating deliverables and team decision making processes
- Provides guidance and leadership to all colleagues
