Who you are
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally focused on SMB audiences
- Proven experience as a marketing generalist — owning and scaling channels across SEO, content, paid, and organic
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data to drive decision-making
- Experience managing and steering external agencies toward business impact
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you know how to translate complexity into clarity
- Highly collaborative, working closely with Product, Design, and Sales to align messaging and execution
- Hands-on, experimental, and growth-oriented — you thrive in dynamic environments and love building from scratch
- Fluent in English and German (C1+)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution
- You’ll define how deeploi tells its story, drives growth, and connects with SMB customers across Europe
- As a generalist B2B SaaS marketer, you’ll own our entire marketing engine end-to-end – from positioning and messaging to channels, campaigns, and performance
- You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales to translate product value into clear, compelling narratives that inspire customers and accelerate growth
- Own the marketing strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven B2B SaaS marketing strategy with a clear SMB focus
- Run the full marketing engine: Oversee all key channels — paid, organic, content, brand, and website — ensuring consistent messaging, performance, and growth
- Manage and optimize the funnel: Develop and own the marketing funnel architecture, connecting acquisition, nurture, and conversion to drive a consistent pipeline
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Sales to translate product value into clear, compelling messaging and storytelling
- Lead and steer agencies: Take full ownership of agency management — guiding strategy, setting priorities, reviewing performance, and ensuring all external partners deliver measurable results aligned with deeploi’s goals
- Build and strengthen the brand: Shape deeploi’s brand narrative and ensure consistency across every touchpoint and stage of the customer journey
- Measure, learn, and scale: Analyze results, translate insights into action, and test new ideas and channels to continuously drive visibility and demand
Our take
Deeploi is building an all-in-one IT platform set to enable businesses to streamline the entire scope of their IT operations, removing everyday IT-related pains and increasing the overall efficacy of IT teams. The rapid shift to hybrid/remote work environments has posed an increasing complexity in the SaaS environment, especially for SMEs. Deeploi’s solution will support these companies, so they are able to flourish in the evolving ecosystem and remain competitive.
Since closing a pre-seed funding round in 2023, the company has seen rapid growth, acquiring over 30 customers and scaling to over 20 employers across two offices. Now, with even more funding, the company is ready to expand its product and engineering, IT Support and go-to-market teams, while also further developing its platform to fit the tech stack of the modern, cloud-native companies it serves.
