Management Accountant, Antler

• This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys both hands-on financial work and business partnering across multiple international entities
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related field such as finance or accounting
• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IRFS) and month-end processes
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working across international teams

• We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our growing finance team
• You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of the Group’s month-end close process, supporting local finance teams, and maintaining robust financial control
• Review and support the monthly close process for all entities within the Group
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Identify and resolve variances, errors, or inconsistencies across the ledgers
• Act as a key finance partner to our teams in the US, Canada, Brazil, and Denmark, providing financial insight and support
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand performance drivers and ensure accurate reporting
• Support employee expense filing and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and internal controls
• Assist in preparing expense analyses for management review
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks and financial projects as required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
