- Strong analytical skills and experience with email & CRM systems

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Growth Manager to help us scale our data community operations and help us accelerate our growth. This role will be pivotal in scaling customer acquisition efforts and optimizing the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new community members and nurture these through the sales funnel
- Implement and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the senior team to create compelling sales collateral and messaging
- Work closely with product teams to align sales efforts with new feature releases
- Establish and track key performance metrics for the outbound sales function
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast sales projections
- Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates at each stage

Count enables data teams to find and share insights quickly, supercharging decision-making across their organisation. It provides a seamless workflow for SQL analysis, letting data teams explore their data in a reactive SQL notebook, collaborate in real-time and publish their results as beautiful, interactive data apps that their whole organisation can use.
Count's primary target audience is early-stage tech companies, and it has been steadily increasing its customer base since raising $2.4 million in seed funding in 2020. Count has been intermittently releasing updates to its platform to increase its clients' rates of data distribution and continues to remain proactive despite its period of relative quiet through the 2020s.
