• Have 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably at an early-stage, fast-growing startup
• Know your way around Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Influencer, Content and Affiliate marketing
• Are familiar with SEO/SEM strategy, customer lifecycle, and activation flows
• Live for metrics. Whether it’s Google Analytics, Amplitude, or A/B testing, you make data-backed decisions
