Proven experience in operations management, ideally within luxury hospitality, serviced offices, or similar environments
Basic knowledge of facilities management principles
Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
Strong leadership abilities

What the job involves

Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Team Management: Lead and manage building-specific teams (community associates), ensuring they deliver exceptional service
Facilities Management: Oversee basic facilities management tasks, including maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination with external vendors
