- Have B2B SaaS Writing Experience: You’ve worked in SaaS or a tech-driven space, and you’re familiar with how to communicate complex ideas to a business audience in a simple and engaging way
- Love Technology & Innovation: You’re excited about the latest trends in AI, business communication, and cloud technology, and you know how to translate that excitement into compelling content
- Are a Skilled Project Manager: You can juggle multiple projects at once, keeping deadlines on track without sacrificing quality. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to prioritize effectively
- Have a Growth Mindset: You’re always learning and looking for ways to improve. You’re open to feedback and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Are an SEO Enthusiast: You understand the importance of SEO and know how to craft content that ranks well without compromising on readability or quality
- Know Your Way Around CMS: Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress will help you hit the ground running
- Have a Team Player Attitude: You’re comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, from Sales to Design, and enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team
- Communicate Flawlessly in English: You’re fluent in English, with excellent writing and editing skills, and experience writing content for english-speaking audiences. Spanish or German are a big plus
What the job involves
- As we’re on a journey towards 100m ARR, we’re seeking a Copywriter to join a 20-person marketing team filled with top talent and make an immediate impact
- You’ll create high-quality, compelling content that drives results, shapes our brand, and keeps us on our upward trajectory
- Challenge & Achievement: Work on high-impact projects that stretch your creativity and skillset. Your content will play a key role in getting us to $100M ARR
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Graphic Design teams, crafting engaging content that resonates across the business
- Growth: Receive personalized 1:1 coaching while working within a supportive and dynamic team
- Create compelling, SEO-driven content that positions CloudTalk as a thought leader in the SaaS space
- Write engaging blog posts, guest articles, PR materials, and landing page copy that connects with our target audience
- Collaborate on content strategies that drive organic growth and execute quarterly OKRs to achieve measurable outcomes
- Work closely with both internal and external content creators to refine and perfect content that meets the highest standards
